When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), and details about your project. We do not collect any information automatically beyond standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL).
We do not use tracking pixels, ad networks, or third-party analytics scripts. We do not collect payment information on this site.
What we do with it
Contact form submissions are sent by email to our team and used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored and used only to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We may set a session cookie strictly necessary for the contact form to function. No cookie consent banner is required because we do not use optional cookies.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and where applicable under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Withdraw consent for any processing we do based on consent.

Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months for the purpose of project reference. Newsletter subscriber emails are retained until you unsubscribe.
